OKSS NDIS Transport Service
OKSS Transport is available for you as an NDIS participant, carers and support agencies. OKSS Transport is here to make your life easier and you can book our transport service for social events, doctors and other medical appointments, shopping trips and other outings. You can get out of the house and be apart of the local community.
Having access to OKSS Transport allows you to:
- Attend medical appointments
- Participate in sporting activities including going to the gym or pool
- Be active with a hobby such as photography or bingo
- Visit your local men or women’s shed
- Go shopping
- Visit friends and enjoy lunch together
- Have your hair or nails done
- Attend a wedding or other special event
Become more independent
OKSS Management and Support Staff support any participant with a disability with transport options that are suitable and for every day needs. You deserve the ability to experience the freedom to travel whenever you want and wherever you want to go.
Our team encourages you to be active in your community and our accessible transport options will ensure that you can take part in various activities that are important to your physical and mental health.
Being active in your community will allow you to see friends and family and you also have the ability to do what you want and need to do on a daily basis.
You can attend medical appointments, visit the local shops for an ice cream or special lunch with friends, attend events that you are interested in. Enjoy life as much as you can.
When you have access to Accessible OKSS Transport you can live more independently in your own home. We will pick you up from your home and return you home safe and sound after you have done everything you need to do. You can visit your local shopping centre, medical facilities or just have the day out with your support worker or carer. Be more independent and live life how you want to live.
